Dmitry
Founder & CEO
As a kid, Dmitry climbed a lilac tree, fell halfway, and hit the ground. A branch of lilac flowers landed on him-its scent stilled him before the tears could.
Something in him changed. The wild stayed, but underneath it, a calm rooted itself. Not silence, but presence.
Since then, he moves through life tuned in-seeking meaning, connection, something beyond the noise. And wherever he goes, that stillness follows till this day.
Eniola Falase
Co-founder & VP Sales and Marketing
Born the youngest of four, Eniola often played alone-wise beyond his years, yet misunderstood. He spoke well, but always aimed to connect, not convince.
By his mother’s side in the kitchen, he learned to nurture through presence, not instruction. Vanilla in the air, warmth in the room.
That scent stayed with him-soft, grounding. It became his signature: conversations that felt like home, without ever needing to change yours.
Paul Ramos
Director US territory & Herbal Master
Paul Ramos grew up in the vibrant, tough streets of NYC, where a mix of intense experiences and rich aromas shaped his early life.
His pursuit of self-preservation evolved into a lifelong passion for health and martial arts, ultimately leading him to become the first American inducted as a disciple—and later, a Master—of the 700+ year old Wudang Dragon Gate Taoist sect. Known for its deep focus on energetic, martial, and mental cultivation, the system also embraces diet and herbal practices for vitality and longevity.
For Paul, scents like saffron and cilantro evoke memories of rigorous training and post-workout meals, reminding him of the powerful connection between nature, culture, and human potential—a tradition he believes brands like Star Herbs proudly carry into the modern era.
